I love the action and the little bit of spit that accompanies this 'Moo'. I had a ball with this painting, experimenting with multiple loads of colours (as I normally do with a brush) on the palette knife. This technique can quite quickly 'go bad' as it relies on an understanding of how the paint is loaded onto the knife, then planning the couple of strokes and assessing whether it worked. The trick with knife painting is to get it right within the first couple of strokes — any more than that ruins the freshness of the paint.
